Terms and Conditions

Applicability of these Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every show and event organized, produced, and hosted by Humorist Comedy, every agreement and all services between Humorist Comedy and its customers.

Humorist Comedy reserves the right to make adjustments to these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended General Terms and Conditions will be made availalbe on the Humorist Comedy website.

COVID regulations
Due to current COVID regulations in The Netherlands, we strictly and carefully enforce all required safety precautions. Each venue will be individually assessed to determine the maximum number of visitors in order to comply with any and all regulations.

In order to ensure the health and safety of all parties involved, we urgently request visitors who are experiencing any COVID symptoms (stuffy nose, sore throat, cold, fever, etc.) to stay at home and get tested.

Ticket Sales
We make every reasonable effort to ensure ticket sales happen securely and fairly. Our ticket partner, GUTS Tickets, maintains their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which you can access through their website.

Tickets are sold online and, depending on availability, at the door. We highly recommend reserving your seats ahead of time as we cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Ticket Prices
Ticket prices for Humorist shows depend on the venue and type of show. A €1.00 service charge will be added to every ticket order.

Reselling Tickets
Tickets may be resold through the GUTS app. Please visit https://guts.tickets/ for more information.

Your order
Once you order your tickets through the GUTS system, you will receive a confirmation email containing any relevant information. GUTS uses a dynamic QR code, which means you cannot take a screenshot of your tickets and use that upon entry. You must download the GUTS app to open and use your tickets for entry.

Buying multiple tickets
Each QR code grants access for one person. In the event that you purchase multiple tickets, be advised that each person in your party must also download the GUTS app and scan their respective QR code from the original purchase.

Groups
Tickets can be purchased in groups of two (2), three (3), or four (4) at a time. Due to current COVID restrictions, we are unable to facilitate larger groups without seating them across multiple tables. We will review this policy upon adjustment/lifting of current restrictions.

Refunds
We generally do not provide any refunds. You have the option to put tickets up for sale on the GUTS app. The service charge cannot be refunded. 

Should you be facing extraordinary circumstances preventing you from visiting a Humorist show, please email us at contact@humoristcomedy.com with your order confirmation and we will review your case. Be advised that we cannot guarantee any refunds.

Under no circumstances will refunds be provided after the show for which tickets were purchased has taken place. 

Partner venues
Each of our partner venues has their own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and code of conduct. Please review their respective websites and inquire with the venue for any specific questions.

We ask all visitors to conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner when visiting any partner venue. We value our relationships and have a zero-tolerance policy with regard to disruptive and/or disrespectful behavior towards staff, comics, or other visitors.

Discounts
Discounts are currently not provided to the general public.

Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands.
